Booking was great no problem staff were friendly and a little knowledgeable. My only issue was the after sales. After a week in Miami with not great weather not there fault they obviously can’t predict that I decided to stay in America for another week trying to organise this with them was a big waste of time and all i got was excuses that they were understaffed not my problem so I lost my flight back had to organise my extra week myself and book a new flight. This left me feeling let down and disappointed also it didn’t make business sense to me on there part. Would I use them again probably not.
What an amazing branch of a great company. Stacey booked our vacation professionally and without fuss and saved us considerable money by giving us options. 100% recommend her and Hays travel and we will be going back to them in the future.
Walked in after seeing ideal holiday in window,was helped by Callum. Booked and paid straight away. No fuss, no bother. Staff friendly as always.
