Tha assistant at the customer service counter was excellent
Staff are lovely! Was dealt with by a most delightful young lady this week who was just so polite professional and helpful. The lovely lady branch manager is just so well organised. At the height of the current situation she made sure that quees were kept to a minimum. And waiting times were minimal. The branch manager always looks happy and smiley! Lovely branch!
Highly incompetent staff especially new staff and unprofessional aa didn’t bother to update us despite making promises and ruined our day.
The ATM machines at Santander in Wellingborough are probably the oldest and most unreliable in the town centre, I bank with four other banks in the town and there machines are more reliable and certainly more up to date current requirements of today’s customers. This bank used to be a leading light on the high street, now they are just a poor reflection on where they were. I haven’t been happy with them for a while now, so I probably need to shut my four accounts down and move on

I've been served by an Eastern European lady from the Wellingborough Branch and each time of which is quite a few, she has been polite and kind each time
Atm broken again had to wait for the bank to open
