Dealt with Dawn Tyler at this branch opening business account and had the worst experience- condescending, uneducated in business, rude and unfriendly woman. She should be sacked but sadly there's no other business bankers in this sad town? Ended up opening account with Lloyds which was a way more pleasant experience. Would not recommend

Omg this banking staff is awful I called and asked a simply question and the man on the phone couldn't speak English sort your staff out

Worst banking service, called 3 times for the bank statement they said they will charge £10 for 2 months statement and I am still waiting, then I try to contact directly to the bank manager and the call never connected to the branch, Worst bank
