Unfortunately they were unable to do a simple radio check for me without having to book it in and then I'll also be charged for something that by rights should be the kind of thing that they do as a good will gesture baring in mind that I'm booked in for a service in 4 weeks time.

Bought a used car from Think Ford Reading.  The whole experience was pretty painless and I'm really pleased with the car!  Tyler was very friendly and helpful.  Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely failed with customer service and very very poor vehicle service and MOT testing I put my vehicle in for its very first MOT which they failed on brake pads all round and front disc brakes. I also notified them of a fault with the rear offside passenger door which would not open from the inside due to a broken handle connection. I received the vehicle back after three days they done the brake pads and discs but they repaired the offside front driver's door cable which was ok anyway when I took the vehicle in to them and not only did they mess up on that but they returned the car with a locking wheel nut missing yet they passed it for its MOT with a faulty door and the wheel nut missing I have now given up on Ford and gone to Ssangyong dealership in Tilehurst for my motorbility vehicle

Arrived for service. Forced to reverse the length of the side road back out onto the main road by member of staff because there is no where to park.
No one answering calls.
Going to Think Ford Wokingham.

The service department are literally the worst I have EVER come across. Firstly, turned up to find out they hadn't booked a courtesy car, despite saying they had. Secondly, put steering wheel assembly back together wrong for the second time. Thirdly, they were especially asked NOT to touch dash cam fitted in car, only to come back and find it un-plugged and all the cable hanging loose. Fourthly, no call to say car was ready or what was going on, had to turn up on the off chance 20mins before closing. Fifthly, the service advisor ran off crying when confronted with the mistakes made, hardly any level of customer service.
