Our search for an all-electric car led to Waylands Kia Reading and the all new Kia e-Niro. It was easy to book an appointment within days and also get hands-on with the car. Sophie was excellent as a sales person. She was very informative and helped explore the car and all its features without being too pushy. That is what we loved the best. She even joined us on the test drive it was my first time driving an electric car : so I was a bit nervous : Thanks Sophie and thanks to the team at Waylands Kia.
I am extremely pleased with all support provided by the staff. I would like to give special to Ian who was very patient and had resolved all are query with ease and satisfactory answers. He has complete knowledge not only on Kia products but also on market competitors which helps you to take a better decision. His technical knowledge on various Kia cars is great and helped us in buying our car.
I bought my 2nd car at Waylands and I had nothing but a positive experience thanks to Abbey. She was attentive and extremely helpful in helping me find my perfect car, I’ve never met a better salesperson. Any time I have emailed Abbey with a query since, she has replied within a matter of an hour. Huge thanks to Matt as well for taking me through the paperwork, both made buying a dream car such a smooth process.
Gabriel was very pleasant to deal with during my recent purchase, communication was regular and informative. At handover, there was a lovely gentleman I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name though that showed me how everything worked in my new car and who helped register for MyKia which is a really handy app. All in all a really positive experience.
Ian was amazing! Quick, professional and efficient. Went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed in a short space of time! I will recommend this dealership to anyone. Jamie the Sales Manager have given me the best possible deal and both Ashley and Anca made sure my car was all ready.
The experience at Waylands Kia Reading was good because Joe the salesman was really helpful and attentive and had our best interest at heart. He was not pushy but gave us the options available and then gave us time to make our decision. Matt was also very friendly and helpful.
I visited Waylands Kia in Reading and spent a whole afternoon with Sales Executive Sophie. I was impressed by the time Sophie took to find out my needs and to explain what Waylands could offer me in a very friendly manner and without the pressure sometimes found with other sales reps. A good experience and highly recommended.
Really happy with the service from Waylands, Gabriel and Anko were brilliant - Gabriel from a sales perspective and Anko with how to set up the media etc in the car. We are really happy with our new Kia! Communication was also great via text from Gabriel. Matthew the used car manager was also at hand to support and advise. I was a bit dubious having read other reviews, but these guys aren’t in the least bit pushy, make you feel at ease and listen to what you need. Their job is to sell cars, so obviously they will make suggestions etc, but we were made up with the service! Even with a power cut they sorted us!
My wife and I recently purchased a Niro EV from Waylands Kia and had a great experience start to finish. Anko Product Genius was a great help at the outset, providing us with lots of valuable information about the car and its capabilities. Sophie and Matthew Sales kept us updated on our order as it progressed and were very accommodating when collecting the car at the end. We're upgrading form a Kia Rio which we had next to no issues with. Overall a great experience.
Scouted around for an electric car in Reading. Walked into a couple of showrooms, notably Hyundai and Ford where I could I felt disregarded. Admittedly I was in shorts T-shirt and flip-flops. We walked into the Waylands Kia Reading showroom and were met with a totally different experience. I'm not in sales but surely one of the most important things in sales must be customer experience. We had Sophie Rhind as our Sales rep and I'd like to compliment her on her professionalism, and her mannerisms were outstanding. An amazing experience, thank you.
