Got to be honest one lady there fantastic thin grey hair asset to the company. Second lady large with glasses rudest human being on the planet clearly has a serious problem with speaking to people, she's rude to everyone when I go it's shocking clearly needs to go as she's putting people off going there..
Delighted with this post office. Have been receiving poste restante parcels here for three months and they've been excellent. They're normally friendly and helpful and usually answer the phone. There's one lady there who can be a bit terse but she's OK if you're patient and polite with her.
Carol is an exceptional member of staff, when I went in on Friday, she was so polite, couldn't do enough for me as I had many questions. On far too many occassions when you go into these days, the personnel touch seems to have disappeared for 'next customer please'. I judt wanted to acknowledge that she treats you like a human and has exceptional cudtomer service skills, a real asset to the team.
I' have been in the Post Office today at lunchtime. The lady who works there was very rude. I's not the first time I was treated this way by this lady. She couldn't ready the number on my letter, and when I answered, she didn't hesitate to say: "maybe they would know what is the number where you came from, but with us, we write like that...". That was to much for me this time and I decided to make a complain. I really didn't do anything to deserve that and making this kind of comments about my background made me feel very offended.
Four times I've been here in my lunch break to post a parcel and theres always a queue out the door. The owner must be aware of being busy lunchtimes, I've seen it four times! Heard a lady when she walked out say "never before have I been spoken to like that"..went to Burghfield in the end.
The woman I think her name is Carol is very rude and I feel she looks down at me. When I ask her questions she is short and abrupt and has never once cracked a smile. This makes me very uncomfortable when visiting the post office!
Went to post office today to send a parcel at 10:05am and they was closed no explanation on the door tried calling but no answer, I can see why people are using Hermes a lot more
My favourite local post office. I will actually go out of my way to use this one for the extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful staff.
Never had bad customer service from here, Carole and Robyn especially are really helpful and lovely to chat to.
