Food was good especially the roasted beef served with mash + potatoes + green beans and yorkshire pudding on sunday. My partner tried the fish and chips served with the a good mash peas and like it too. The staff was really nice and the place charming
It was a very sad day for us but the service and food was top class. Our table had fish and chips which was always my dad's favourite. Would recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you.
Beautiful place to sit and enjoy the canal. Service was great and very polite. Will be organizing a date night here with the wife soon.

Really adapted well to Covid. Offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Really friendly and helpful welcome. The website works really well for ordering, and drinks came quickly. Great selection of beers. Spacious for people concerned with social distancing. Top pub!
Amazing as ever. Always fantastic food. When we think of Lancaster - we drink & eat here. Gruelling heat - staff as calm as usual. Food perfection. Beer heaven as ever .. Wouldn't know there was a pandemic on - their set up is perfect, very well organised. Superb.
This place is great for a roast at the weekend! The chicken was sublime and we even got a free drink as we waited for the food! The canal side seating is also a standout
