From a child point of view I have rated this 5 stars. The attraction is small. If you wanted to walk around the whole thing without taking in any of tiny details or doing the clues it's no more than a 2 minute walk to get round. That being said they have filled it with some very interesting Beatrix potter figurine's puzzles for the kids. There is an exterior garden also. The kids loved it and that is what matters. It still only took some 30 minutes for the kids too take everything in. They were 5 and 6.

Lovely little place - our boys loved seeing their favourite characters from Beatrix potter. There was an activity trail for them to complete as they went round which was good. Expensive gift shop at the end (smallest cuddly toys were £12) but definitely worth visiting if you're in the area

The place is tiny but very well done. Recommended if you are interested in the books, Potter herself, or even nicely done displays. I've taken one star away because the of the queuing. It took us 30min to get in there. This isn't their fault - it's just very popular. I'd suggest an early morning and off-season visit.

We visited this place was a good day out.we went on a small but very nice ferry and caught a bus to top hill where the house is. The house is just as it was in Beatrice Potter's day really worth a visit. Had lunch in the local pub but forgot the name. Then we had a lovely walk down the hill to the ferry about 2 miles.

Great exhibition. The waiting time for entry was about 55 minutes which given it was raining for the first 15min off waiting outside made it a bit of a struggle it may just have been a really busy day as the line was always full. Attraction is great takes about 40 min to get around (although you can take as long as you want ) wheel chair access throughout which is good to see. Cafe is lovely and gift shop what you expect.
