A lady that works in the princes street branch was very rude! I was in buying crafts for my almost 8 year olds school project (a castle) so i bought glue amongst other things like wrapping paper (for my sons birthday), wemt to pay and was standing with two friends she asked "would you like a bag" i said "Yes please" she then gives me two choices a small one (the size of a book) and a larger one, so i said the larger one as i had wrapping paper. She rolls her eyes and tuts and asks again "do you REALLY need the bigger one" "yes as i have wrapping paper" proceeds to tut at me again and packs some things into the bag. Not that it matters as i was probably paying for the bag anyway! Think they need some training, have to say there was a great gentleman who took his time at listening to my request and helped me find what i needed to begin with, just a shame the lady let it right down!

Nice shop for Scottish souvenirs, gadgets and more. Plus books, games and stationery. Worth a look around

This retail outlet offers more than what you seek. Collection is incredible in terms of gifts and books. I was very happy as I found the perfect Christmas gift for my loved one. The Works really works.

Great shop with fantastic deals. Location good and easy to get too. Selection of crossword books are good but could do with more.Staff helpful.
