Just popped in whilst passing through the area and we just expected a standard pub meal... This was anything but!! The food was incredible!! The open steak sandwich was just wow wow wowwww!! We will now be making this a regular dining destination and I'll be working my way through that menu one meal at a time lol. The venue is decorated lovely and it's very clean inside too. The staff were all lovely which always makes the experience all the better too. But honestly, the food blew us away. Service was speedy, we were waiting around 5 minutes for our food. What a great surprise finding this place was. We'll be seeing you again soon guys.
Tried this pub for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! The food was delicious and the cocktails were fantastic! Good price as well for what you get. We had a lovely waitress Ellen serving us who was very attentive and kind. I would definitely recommend this pub and will be returning soon!
Arrived at The Swan on Tuesday evening having booked in the conservatory. We were far too warm so Tom I think his name was kindly found us a table outside. A young lady who was working outside helped us amend the Pit Burger and communicated with the kitchen, I didn’t catch her name but she was fab too. Tasty food and cocktails and very pretty decor. Thank you
Fantastic food and atmosphere. I had the open steak sandwich and it was one of the nicest things I've ever eaten! I also had a Korean Chicken Boa bun which was maybe a touch too spicy for my taste even though I like spice, but I like that you aren't afraid to go hot! A lot of places advertise "spicy" and they're mild at best. Will definitely return!
Fantastic place to wine and dine and great for mocktails too. Great choice on the menu, pictured below is the Salmon and then the Katsu chicken curry. Signal can be hit and miss but they offer WiFi and its great as you can order on their app. Staff are friendly and inviting. Parking is to the rear of the pub, its a bit narrow so be careful.
Fantastic place! I went for my birthday and the staff were friendly and service was first class. The food was delicious with huge portions. The cocktails are amazing with a good selection. You can tell it’s quality ingredients in all the food and drinks. Staff were attentive from start to finish and it makes the whole experience of dining out so much better. The biggest surprise was value for money, compared to other similar places around the area, this is definitely good value.
What a great place this is, we turned up on the off chance of getting a table but sadly the inside was full, nevertheless the staff were very accommodating and found us a table outside. Thet came straight away with a drinks menu so we could look through there vast array of drinks of which we chose a gin and beer To say they were busy it took no time at all for our order to arrive, then they took the food order and again was with us in an appropriate amount of time. The food was delicious, service was great and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Very nice place with pretty architecture with its own stone pizza over and fairy lights in the trees you can see from the big windows. Food was and always has been very good but have very little vegan options, however they were quite flexible and made the sweet potato and veg open sandwich.
Excellent place to eat. We turned up without any reservation on Sunday dinner, and they found us a table. We had our dog also…they are very dog friendly We had the burger sliders which were super tasty. Thanks to all the staff
Had an amazing lunch today, we work at premier Inn and will be recommending this place for sure , beautiful food, lovely atmosphere, lovely staff and a lovely manager
