Cannot make an appointment to see a doctor unless you call at 8.30 on the day and wait for a call back even if it is not an emergency and a routine appointment. Then you had to justify to the nurses why you need to see a doctor and argue with them. Complaint being made.

Shame that people ususally only post reviews of under-pressure NHS services when they're angry. The White House surgery isn't perfect (who is?), but I've always found it to be well-run, friendly and responsive.

Horrendous practice. Rude uncaring receptionist and patronising doctors. I can’t wait to find another surgery. I have no choice but to visit my a&e later as it’s impossible to get an appointment.
