On two separate occasions last week I had reason to call the medical centre. The lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful. She manged to get me a telephone appointment the same day. Which from that I have been offered further appointments at a later date. The next day I felt a little concerned about a related issue and she once again got me to see a doctor the very same morning. Exceptional service, lovely staff, and the best receptionist by far. Thank you. Michael
came here with my son today - it was for a podiatry out patient appointment. The podiatrist male, looks in his 20's but is apparently nearer his 40's - wanna say Lee?? was incredible with my son, as was his assistant sorry if that is not their correct title, I'm aware it most likely isn't. They nailed the problem straight away, gave great advice, made the whole experience fun and informative. Great, great, great ps. any other members of staff I encountered along the way were also very helpful and super friendly.
The fact that you do not respond to those questioning the inability of your surgery denotes a 1 star review. At least respond with a reason why you could not respond accordingly. Bot my wife and myself have our own reasons to reduce this practice to the lowest possible rating, but you have been told WHY. Need it be made public? No! Just do that which is required of you. Blame funding if you will, but other surgeries have far better reviews, so what is your response?
I’ve always had a great experience coming here, easy to make appointment for gp checkup and baby vaccinations. Also find e-consultantion service to be handy and efficient, I used to get access to physiotherapy and was surprised by speediness of referral. Staff friendly and helpful.
You can never get an appointment no matter what time of day you call and whether it’s for a child or not. Was told to use the walk in centre where my child received much better service and care compared to my own GP practice. What is the point of GP surgeries when they tell you to use the walk in centre all the time.
