Always found Doctors nurses and reception staff to be most helpful bearing in mind the pressures they are all under. Well done.

Shocking! Spent an hour and 15 mins just trying to get through on the phone. Once through told that all the appointments had gone and that pre-booking for the next day was not allowed. Then advised that I had to ring back the next morning and try again! I thought I had been transported into the third world! Wake up New Surgery this 2016 in England we expect and pay for much better. You just don't seem to understand that people who work for a living have commitments elsewhere and cannot spend all day on the phone! On the plus side there is an on-line booking system - but guess what - you have to go into the surgery to sign a piece of paper to be registered to use it. What utter incompetence! Had to go to A&E to get treatment.

Do not like this surgery at all. I suffered headaches for a long while, was put on beta blockers, I felt I had a brain tumour as I could feel something was on the brain and would cause spazems. On telling the female doctor this, she told me " not to be so stupid, and " you can't feel a brain tumour". So changed my surgery, was listened to, sent for a scan and what was detected a brain tumour exactly where I had said. Find a doctor who listens to you and acts. Not this place.
