Phone lines always busy, pretty sure that the staff just make their lines busy so they don't have to do any work- staff VERY rude. And there's never any appointments. Seriously better off getting a voodoo doctor with a bone through his nose.

I don't know why people are dishing this surgery I have always found everyone from the reception to the nurses and the doctors all very nice and polite after all they are under a lot of pressure, so you might have to wait a while to be seem, I myself don't find that a problem they deserve their 5 stars and more.

Applauding service. This practice used to be so good but changes made are for the worse. Waiting for them to call you can take hours and hours not good. Then they never call really bad practice

Apart from Dr Fanandes it's awful, Ive had a doctor ask me if i had been strangeled because I mentioned my throat was sore. Ive had a dr try and get me to go as soon as possible so he could go home prescribing me IBS tablets when that wasnt what i came in for. Ive waited 7 weeks for a letter back to say if i had cancer or not asking me to bring ID i get there and didnt even need it... the receptionists are rude and dont care about you! I never get to see DR fanandes even though if he knew, he would want to see me! ... THIS PLACE IS AWFUL

Cannot understand some people's mentality. There are some things that I would love them to do differently, ie making appointments. However the staff are all helpful from the ladies on the reception desk to doctors & nurses. Do the people that complain not realise the pressure all surgery's are under these days. We have had one surgery close & according to reports another is to go. These patients have to go somewhere, putting extra pressure on existing ones. Perhaps the politicians should realise the pressure that is going on with all surgeries & hospitals. Oh I forgot most of them are probably private so don't need to use the ones us mere mortals use
