8am, empty waiting room, no queue - Brilliant! - Hi, any chance I can see someone before work? "HA! You'll be lucky!" *checks computer* *computer says no* - Okay no problem, may I book your latest appointment this evening for after work? "No" - Okay why? "You'll have to call up and book for later today" - But... I've drove here early this morning to make an appointment, are you fully booked? "No we aren't, but you'll have to call up and book for later today" - When do I call? "Maybe try 1:30PM..." The woman at the desk is so rude and unhelpful it's unreal!

I would not go anywhere else, my doctor is fantastic in that he listens and understands. I have not had any problems with the telephone not been answered. But must add the Receptionist have on been brilliant in attitude and helpful with inquires of late. Thank you.

I called the practice as I was experiencing sever ear ache and had been told by my dentist to check out my ear in case of any infection. The receptionist arranged an appointment with the Pharmacy Practitioner who was able to give me a diagnosis. Although I was not able to see my GP it was great that I was able to see a qualified person quickly. GP's are under constant time constraints and any initiatives that the practice puts in place to help patients gain prompt access to a knowledgable person has to be good. Thank you to your team for seeing me promptly and putting my best interests at heart.
