Visited for drinks only and were parked across the road from the White Hart so could not offer a fair comment about atmosphere. Prompt service and we both enjoyed our pink gin and tonic and pint of ale. Only one drink as the ponies would get restless.
Hi folks. We stayed in room 3 for on Monday and Tuesday 20 Jan.. Unfortunately their restaurant is closed on these days at the moment. We arrived 19.30 to a warm welcome from James after a long drive and was shown to lovely warm room. We had been notified about the lack of dining so we were prepared with microwaveable ready meals. All that was necessary to eat comfortably in our room was there. Sleeping, the large double was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower! Iron and board + a safe. Note, access their parking is from Mill Lane ... slowly so you don't miss the entrance.... Enjoy
Excellent food. All homemade nothing disappoints working my way through the menu .. liver and bacon is my favourite.nThe gammon is divine and mixed grill is awesome make sure your hungry.. exceptional value for money ... Lovely friendly staff. My favourite place to eat by far five star .
Visiting the area on holiday we saw good reviews for the Sunday roast and it did not disappoint. Great food, great portion size and good value prices. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A great local, family friendly pub.
First time visiting but it definitely won't be the last. Been coming to caistor with our caravan a couple of years but only came across the white heart this visit. 3 adults went for a late birthday lunch x All our meals were amazing x
