You don’t get much here compared to other campsites. Toilets were good but didn’t even leave out hand towels. Couldn’t find water facilities and when charging £30 a night should have shower facilities. Owner was quite rude when we first got there but did make an effort to be nicer after. Would not go back.
Love Setcops Farm. The scenery is beautiful with local walks nearby. Me and my family pitched up a tent here last year and loved it so much that we decided to stay again in one of their lovely cottages. There is ample space for children to play and also Alpacas they can go and visit, which the children loved! The host is lovely and very helpful, answering any questions we had. The cottage we stayed in was very spacious, bright and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay at Setcops Farm, I would definitely recommend.
Came here for my best friend's wedding party, the location is stunning, close enough to town that its no effort to go get emergency supplies from Tesco - but also far enough away that there is no noise pollution and surrounded by beautiful countryside. We had an amazing time here, Eleanor the owner/manager is lovely, so easy to talk to you and helped us with anything and everything. The venue was perfect, great size barn, little wild meadow out back, plenty of space for parking and the decoration of the venue were fantastic. The rooms were perfect too, the beds were a little creaky and the bathroom door didn't quite shut properly. But the kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms were clean and tidy, plenty of natural light. And, of course, right next to the venue so it was easy to stumble home after the party! Truly fantastic stay here and a wonderful location for all events.
