Amazing service from Wendy! The Sunday roast was very delicious and very reasonably priced. Definitely we will be back! Thank you
A lovely quiet pub. I personally always get the sausage and onion baguette. Across the road from a beautiful two toned church.
A lovely community family friendly pub. Just across from the local church, The White Hart is the perfect location for everything from summer lunch, Sunday roast to a christening reception or birthday celebration. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the owners are genuinely lovely Great garden for kids to play football, tag, hide, and seek in. The food is always cooked fresh and delicious
Great Friday night fish and chips, lovely host's. Enjoyed the irish coffee in the pud area after dinner. Would be lovely to sit outdoors weather permitting.
Great place to stop off for a pint while out for a walk. Apparently the sweet potato fries were worth a look if liquid refreshment is not enough.
What a wonderful traditional British pub. Well manicured gardens, even for this time of year. Inside is very comfortable and a welcoming roaring log fire. Landlord is really friendly, in fact, all the staff are very friendly and simply nice people to be around. It's very homely. Toilets are immaculate. The menu is great, something for everyone. Food is cooked to order and always very hot and fresh. A nice specials board. The pie is delicious, home baked and well filled. It's not a poncey gastro pub, traditional upscale meals. Good selection of beers, ale and wine.
Great old fashioned pub in good way proper landlord and Pat the barman pours great pint of Guinness wish lived nearer so could be my local
Independent pub with a cosy if slightly dated interior. A warm welcome awaits and great service. The food is very generously portioned and feels comfortably home made. Bread and butter pudding was divine. Definitely worth a return visit.
Excellent food, friendly service, nice garden. To be honest when I saw the menu I was thinking of going somewhere else as its very traditional pub grub. But actually the food was great. I had the fish and chips and the fish was really fresh and the batter light and tasty. Great chips and couldn't fault the mushy peas hence 5 stars for great pub grub.
Lovely beer. Food looks fantastic I didn't eat. Closes for an hour or so in the late afternoon.
