This rating is based on the excellent service and manner of all the staff. Rooms are simple and neat as a pin, and wall paintings add a great touch. Food was tasty and filling. For what it is... a wayfarers pub... this is a great place to stay. Will definitely consider using again if we're back any time.

A great choice on menu from sandwiches to full meals and specials staff very welcoming and tweaking of dishes to suit individual tastes encouraged

A great place to stay. Had a 2 night stay. Rooms are clean with VERY comfy beds. Breakfast was superb and evening meals were even better. Landlord and staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money
