Badly in need of a lick of paint and a good clean. Does sell a limited selection of beers but even these lack excitement!

Hell of a lot of potential with a captive audience on a large estate...but even new locals don't know it's there! Toilets leak...heating doesn't work...only one bitter on at a time...no food...lovely staff fighting a losing battle! Whoever owns it should get a grip!

OK food and atmosphere, but waiters aren't very attentive, even when only mildly busy. Don't expect any extra requests to be followed.
