Don’t be fooled by the small appearance of this pub from the outside - as soon as you walk in - everything about this pub is pure class. Very welcoming, friendly and courteous staff and a great selection of drinks, burgers and pizzas plus a very enjoyable courtyard when the sun is shining. Highly recommended pub and will definitely be back here again very soon.
Arrived to Farnham on Friday and came across this cozy looking pub. Had a delicious vegetarian hamburger. I definitely recommend it A few days later we were there for a large party gathering sunday brunch where all of the servers were very attentive. The food was amazing We will be back!
Visited with a friend on spec for lunch on a Saturday. Warmly greeted and sat at a nicely placed table. The decor was lovely with books and nooks. Nice choice of food, well presented. The chips were perfect. The red wine was served at the correct temperature. Made for a very pleasant meal. Hope to go back for an evening meal one day.
We celebrated my daughter's A level success. We loved the food and the service. We are definitely going back there.
Best lunch ever. Portion sizes are perfect in my opinion. Had the burger and chips - delicious. My sister had fish and chips and according to her it was the best she'd ever had. Desserts were similarly fantastic. Will definitely be making a return trip. Hopefully soon.
Unbelievable Service, Food & of course Beer!! I was staying local for business over 3 nights & popped in just a few moments away from my hotel in Farnham the Bishops Table..Well I'm so glad I did! The minute I walked in I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome, given a table & served at the highest level possible . Pubs like this are rare & the new owners plus their wonderful staff & adorable dog Jeff & are a genuine treat. I decided not to go elsewhere for the 3 nights I was in town & Iv'e got to say that every single visit was a total pleasure! This is without doubt a properly run pub & deserves success for the future. I would highly recommend this pub to anyone who is in the area & I'm absolutely certain you will have a fabulous experience. Thank you so much guy's for making me so welcome! Jay x
Had dinner and a few drinks here last night with my brother and sister. Lovely food and few drinks. Will be coming back. Extra mention for the lovely Waitress Hannah who was the most smiley and helpful waitress ive met in a long time. Matilda the manager was so lovely and helpful too x
Have had two meals here now, the first was a large group of us and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive, the second being just 2 of us and the service was top notch again. Staff helpful, friendly and clearly there to make your meal special. Food is also top notch, my partner won’t stop raving about the roast I don’t think I’ll be aloud to cook a roast again now that’s the standard he expects!
Hannah was the most smiley friendly waitress. Went above and beyond to make sure us and every table she served were happy with everything. Wonderful service. Thank you guys so much x
Love it here snd its very dog friendly. Nice choice of of food. Staff are really attentive and make you feel comfortable x
