Fabulous meal, had braised beef and even had a great peanut butter stack pudding, which i can highly recommend. Amazing home cooked food. Service was wonderful....... lovely atmosphere.
What a lovely pub! Delicious food and friendly staff!!! I loved it every time we went there for dinner during our holiday. Strongly recommended!
Beautifully presented freshly cooked , homemade food. Nacho sharing platter was great, could have fed 4 !! My main was homemade steak and kidney pie, absolutely delicious, so good that we're going to their pie night on a Wednesday . Burger was tasty, could do with a few more chips, and could do with a slightly smaller bread roll, although it was very refreshing that it was served with ciabatta bread unlike most places who chose sickly brioche buns,
Great meal last night aside from an ignorant larger table with a poorly behaved dog. Man with dog idiotic and confrontational with the staff, thought the servers handled him well despite the fact he was very agitated that other diners didn't want a soundtrack of his pet barking constantly to their relaxing meal. Otherwise great experience, good food, good service, large portions.
The young man who served us was extremely polite. The food was delicious however there were no vegetarian choices - only one vegan dish. A couple of gluten free changes were available. The Nacho starter was a winner with the kids! Lovely atmosphere with nice background music.
