Visited on a rainy busy Good Friday.  Had to wait a long time for our drinks but then we were told they would be complimentary due to the wait.  The food also took a bit of time but when it arrived it was worth it.  Large portions and the tastiest Beef and Ale pie we have ever eaten.  Good value for money.  Would certainly go back.

Good reviews - but we must have got it on a bad night. My food looked like it was thrown on the plate from a distance. Zero love. But Staff pleasant and reasonable value
