Quite a large place with a mixed area for seating. Food available, usual tap beers and one or two real ales available. Stone flooring around the bar area with carpeted to the left of the bar. Beer patio and garden at the front of the premises, also with a small play area for children. Wheelchair friendly throughout with plenty of room to manoeuvre. Staff were friendly and polite. Beer was good. Enjoyed my visit.
Briliant, they alowed me to stop the night in my motorhome, for free, and ate 2 meals in the pub. Staff are first class. But in the evning it is best to book a table well in advance as it is veey popular. I did think it was rather close to the fun fair but the noise was minimal and stoped early enough. I love that i could just wander through the fair to the beach. I had a lovley strole after my evning meal and at 7am i wanderd down there and had brakfast on the beach befor an early start home.nPrices for food were very reasonable.nNext time i visit Hunstanton I will visit again.
Came here for a drink so kids could play in the play area. The garden is a tip. Rubbish everywhere and empty tables covered in used glasses and plates. Ordered drinks online via the QR code as recommended, I’ve been waiting 20 mins so far and they’ve still not arrived.nnEdit: added photos. Plates left out for so long they attracted seagulls. I saw a staff member clear one table in the 50 mins we were there. Most of the time we were surrounded by tables with used/glasses plates. Drinks took 20 mins to arrive.
Honeystone .... so many positives.n* It was easy to make a telephonic reservation.n* Staff friendly and helpful.n* Food great. I ordered the chicken starter and a side of vegetables ... loved it, especially pairing the chicken with the sweet red cabbage.n* Parking and access easynI definitely recommend Honeystone.
The team here are trying really hard to make the restaurant work well. They are a super friendly bunch of people and the food is fairly good - from a vegan foodie : thanks for helping make our stay memorable, we enjoyed your restaurant, especially the kids play areas. Lovely big restaurant in a very useful location for the beach and rides. Will be back to try the other items on the menu.
