Dave has been unfailingly cheerful and extraordinarily careful during the pandemic. He has adapted to each new set of rules thrown at him and complied to the letter, his latest doorstep delivery service is efficient and delivered with a smile. Thanks Dave.
This is a great little micropub. Friendly welcoming staff . Loads of drinks on offer. We had a little wait for a table inside but it was worth it. Social distancing is down to a T. Oh and everything is for sale inside.
Real gem of a craft pub with great staff and owner with a fine selection of craft beers, ales, ciders spirits and wine. It may be advisable to book a slot during the Covid-19 pandemic as this pub is rightly very popular. Just minutes from the train station and bus stops and just a couple of minutes walk from the high street.
What to say. Fantastic Beer and Cider in an old water pumping station. Pork pies and Scotch eggs are on sale to soak up the booze. The pub sells everything inside. Old antiques to the chairs you sit on. A real gem of a place.
This is an excellent micropub with a great range of ales and ciders. We had a very warm welcome from the owner who really has made this a must if you're visiting Rye, though I'd go there specifically for a drink with friends. If the Pale by 3Leg Brewery is on, don't hesitate to choose it, fantastic pint.
That's a very nice pub: beer, service, people are good! Perfect place before train journey. Owner helped to order food and it was delivered to the place in 15 mins. High recommended!
Great selection of local ales and ciders. Friendly staff. Dealing wonderfully with the Covid restrictions. Can't wait to return and sample some more of what they have to offer.
One of the best pubs I've visited for all the right reasons. Good choice of beer and cider, all of which are kept properly. This pub deserves all the praise it gets, can't fault it one bit. Thanks again!
