I have rated the accommodation which was good, central location in town, free parking opposite. Bathroom was good TV was tiny so bring binoculars. Given its above a pub it wasn’t overly noisy and sleep was easy even on a Saturday night. The restaurant below would be a 2.5, the food will fill you up but it isn’t anything to shout about. Macaroni and cheese with chips and a chicken salad with chips are weird combinations but both were fine.

Nice wee place for lunch and they've taken note of my previous comments as the salad is fresher and has a dressing. Nice staff too.

Would never recommend this place, u do NOT get told that it depends who u book through that u get breakfast included but when u go to the room there is a list of guest information and it states in black and white that full Scottish breakfast included nothing about it depends on who u book through, then when u go to speak about it I got asked if I wanted to check out I have never met such a rude arrogant and ignorant front of house person in my life, also states u get toiletries but when u get there it is a ten pence piece of soap and a stupid small bottle of hand wash please think very carefully about booking this place

Needed a break at short notice booked online £70 without breakfast. Was not expecting much but got a very nice surprise, staff were very nice as was the food, rooms are sound proofed from the bar. Hard to fault anything at all. Room was spotless
