Only stopped in for one drink. Personally didn't like the vibe or decoration, I felt like I was in a done up bathroom by many different people as none of the aesthetics go together. The staff member was nice when we visited. Nothing specifically bad about this place other than the atmosphere but not for me.Service: 5/5
highly recommend, we travelled 6 hours to come visit our family up here for a few days! we spotted this bar and went in for a “drink” ended up spending the rest of the night here, Door Security I think his name was John, he was lovely and as I explained I’m disabled and struggle with steps he helped me each time I went outside. Nouri behind bar was lovely too!! Down to heart girl, really appreciate you!! look forward to seeing you again! and thank you for the lovely night guys!! I’ll definitely be popping back to here when we’re back!! the only downside out of the whole night was no disabled toilet and steep stairs but with help it was no issue:
A firm fav on the Newcastle bar scene. Great for a relaxed drink and a good catch up with friends. A hidden treasure of a must go to! A fantastic selection of beers, wines and cocktails. Always great chatty friendly staff. Now with an outdoor seating area to watch the world go by or people watch.
Great bar, the staff are friendly and make amazing cocktails. If your passing by defo pop in for a couple.
Always a nice place when it's quiet. Got a few weird looks from the barman on shift on 17th Jan 19 @ 21:00. This is possibly due to being a male with a male companion so maybe he was not used to that, but other than that this is usually my to go place when I just want a chilled drink.
Visiting from London and having half an hour to the dinner with our friends we popped in for a quick drink. Quality of cocktails served made us to stay for another one and only because that dinner we left after having only two cocktails. Having a good few years working for cocktail bars under my belt I say that you can't get that well made cocktails in London nowadays. Even for double the price. The serving lady's name was Danee I believe.

The place is very friendly.. One should try different types of cocktails.. And very diversified people out here..!!!
Tables weren't very clean and drinks took a long time despite it not being very busy. The cocktails were good though
Love this bar so much, have been so many times and reccomed to so many people. Howver , when i took some freinds last week sunday we were greeted by a very unfreindly woman who was so rude to us and made us feel so uncomforertable which was ofd seeing as we were the only people in the bar. They specifically one woman made us feel so unformertable i wont be returning to this bar.
