Staff were amazing, great service at the bar, when booking and at breakfast time. Rooms were small but adequate for what we needed. Breakfast was lovely, full English was delicious and very friendly and helpful staff. Good value

Bring back the old menu, no jacket potatoes & no baguettes on new menu! Cappuccino's have gone up in price but are half the size.  The "Girls" used to meet up regularly on Saturday for lunch, it was always packed and every one was eating, howver, this is the first time we have been since it changed names, there was approximately 8 other ppeople there but none seemed to be eating, we will now be meeting up somewhere else for lunch which is a real shame 😕.  On the plus side it has been nicely re-furbished.

of us went for lunch seated straight away ordered 5mins later on table within half hour lovely food all plates cleared waitress was excellent friendly  and always had a smile (janay)was her name could not fault it. Will be back well done

A great venue set on one of the UK's  best golf courses. Service is always polite if not efficient.  Prices for drink are average,soft drink selection is non existent,if after mixers, if you include J2O's,as the offering! No San Pelligroni,Frobishers,Cawstons, etc .very poor to say the least ! Food, in my opinion is overpriced and average selection, ok cooked and well presented . A bit disappointing when the new owners also own one of the best hotel/function venues in Hertfordshire. 
Hopefully this is a starting point,but from what I have said to duty managers regarding customers requirement and expectation, and fear this maybe the end result.
