Abacus is run by a lovely & warm couple, with a happy little west highland terrier (who will stay out of the way if you object to canines). Cosy, clean & comfy room, would recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying here for a number of months, you are made to feel very welcome here. I have to say that it was a bit of home from home and I really enjoyed my stay here. Nothing was to much trouble, Brenda and Pete were fabulous and not forgetting Maggie who was so friendly and adorable. Would never go anywhere else if I was back in the area.

Great place to stay Brenda (oldest rebel in town) and Peter are a lovely couple a real comfortable home from home, thanks guys.

Been staying as a regular guest at this B&B, the very welcoming owners are delightful, they make your stay comfortable and enjoyable whilst being well looked after. I would recommend to anyone looking for low cost accommodation and first rate service with a smile!

Stayed here for a Few Weeks while looking for a House in the Area, All i Can say is absolutely Fantastic! The Owners are 2 of the Nicest People you are ever likely to meet. The Breakfast is Nice and you can eat your own food in the Lovely Breakfast room to save eating out everynight. They have the best Little dog which makes it feel all the more Homely. It is a Modern, Clean B and B with a Lovely clean bathroom and Bedrooms. Hospital Corners on the beds you can hardly get in. Loved every minute and I am sad to be Leaving.
