Location of the place was perfect for walking distance to the beach .  The victoriabits self was good quality until u wanted to use the shower or the bath. No hot water at all. When I rang down stairs they said it would take an hour for the water to reheat. But as I'm writing on this it's 8.44 am the next day and still no hot water

We went for drinks and music. The band were great and the place had a nice ambience. Would definitely return if we are in Saltburn overnight.

Canny little pub just 2 minutes from the train station   and 2 minutes from the beach. Great location , friendly staff , food available also. Can't wait to go again Service: 3/5

We had an overnight stay,pleasant large room with both bath and shower, very clean. Staff very friendly, bar is comfortable. Free parking and good location for Marin’s drive, excellent value

Great carvery, and a good pint. Really enjoyed our dinner. Highly recommend Rooms: 5/5

Just in now for a pint and a chicken parmo with my better half. Both agree that both were excellent. Will be back.

Fabulous food. The handmade chips were delicious. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Great place for a meal.

It is a nice setting. The food was fine but on that particular afternoon it was a conventional bar full of drinkers only. Through the week not so much so I believe.

Great old pub,  friendly clientele,  nice girl behind the bar. Great value food in these trying times
