The Vic is a brilliant live music venue and also a great pub in which to have a decent pint or two. The staff are wonderful, really friendly, and the sound engineer person is really on the ball and makes the live music awesome. I highly recommend coming here, whether it's for a drink or to see the local, national and international bands that come and play here.

I’ve not been to this pub for about 20 years, was pleasantly surprised to find they had 10 flat ciders on. This is a real ale pub located opposite Derby railway station. They have live bands on at the weekends. Very friendly bar staff, great selection of ciders. I would recommend.
Great choice of beers. Best thing excellent staff, our ones on the day thu 4 July Sam and Tania. Even when I spilt a pint on my shoes they didn’t bat an eyelid. They are excellent staff , give them a raiseService: 5/5
An unexpected bonus this place was with top quality ale with a great atmospheric feel. The seating was lovely and you could easily sink in to it.Service: 5/5

I only went in for a quick pint but I was well impressed. Good range of cask ales and ciders and nice friendly staff. Now I've been going in regularly for well over a year and it's just got better and better. A superb range of beers and ciders and of course the regular live musicService: 5/5
