The Vet at the practice that I always see with my pet is very welcoming to both myself and my pet dog. The Vet is always responsive to any concerns that I may have about my pets health and well being. I am kept up to date on any medications required and any reduction or increase in administering the medication. As a result it is a pleasure to attend the practice as and when required, and although my pet does not always appreciate some of the procedures that are necessary when the Vet has to carry out certain examinations, I am sure that overall things turn out for the best.
The vets I saw Erin and Karen were so lovely to me and my poorly pup. Reception staff were so friendly and supportive while I waited for my dog to be treated. Only criticism could be the waiting area is very bright and open - not the best for keeping anxious animals relaxed. Really pleased with this veterinary surgery though.
We are very happy with this vet. Reasonable price for every treatment and the people are always smiling there!
A fantastic practice that exceeds our expectations every time. We moved from a nearby vet that we had some concerns with and have received excellent care for both of our pets older cat and young dog. The reception staff are always wonderful to deal with and the vets have consistently impressed us with their knowledge and proposed care plans, as well as being extremely caring and hard working. We're much happier knowing our furry family members now have Kathy and the wider team to call on when needed.
Been with them for a year now and very happy with this Surgery. They will go out of their way to get your pet seen asap when you need an unexpected appointment. The vets, nurses and receptionists have all been really kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

If I could give less I would. Not only did they completely misdiagnose an issue with my guinea pig and then gaslight me about what happened, they also deleted my initial negative review from three months ago. Do not use! They don’t have a clue what they’re doing with exotics, which is ridiculous since they sell them. Do not buy from Pets at Home and do not use these charlatans!
Very efficient, no waiting around. Friendly receptionists. Helpful and friendly vets and nurses. I felt I was leaving my kitten in good hands.
Kathy senior and the team have treated sonny-jim for a number of years now and know him well. He has a few medical issues which the team have always explained through in a simple to understand way with all options, medications and pricing.
