My cat was taken to this vet by a member of the public, having been found deceased near by. During my small experience with Croydon PDSA Pet Hospital, the entire team came across with such heartfelt professionalism throughout. They were so generous with their time and advice to me; the whole process was as swift and painless as it could have been. My sincere gratitude goes especially to Tom and Harry for all their help. Absolutely LOVE this Vet practice! Excellent service, extremely helpful staff. It shows that the staff love their job. Plus the outstanding service is a low/reasonable cost effective. They help any kinds of clients and pets. Love it
I can't thank them enough. Honestly five stars is not enough. My cat had come down with cat flu , and was treated by them. However she stopped eating and drinking , so i had to call the emergency line , whereby I was advised what to do. Thankfully it worked. We are on a low income and therfore get discounted veterinary care , however we have never ever been treated differently, but with love ,care and professionalism. Thank you PDSA for all that you do,we will always be grateful.
Very kind and polite vets and admin staff. Though they are busy especially if there are.a lot of emergencies, they still try to see you as close to your appointment time as possible. Ease donate to them if you can.
The staff at Croydon PDSA have been wonderful treating my cat Tilly for which I am so grateful. I thank you all so much for your kindness and perseverance when she has had a tough time.
My 6 month old pup was treated for ibuprofen toxicity, their prompt and efficient care saved him from any long lasting damage. Couldn’t be more grateful. He has been back & forth from pdsa to vets now in Sutton for overnight care and it’s safe to say he was more than happy at pdsa and went with the vets no problem which gave me comfort. Thank you so much to everyone that took part in his recovery, all amazing

My dog Dizzie had a lot of teeth removed and is recovering very well. Most importantly, the PDSA Vet followed up to see how she was, excellent support, thank you.
The staff here are caring to both you and your pets. I had to have my cat put to sleep recently. It wasn't rushed, I had plenty of time to say goodbye and was with her when she went. Definitely recommend them if you qualify for using them.
Excellent care. Our little dog had a sudden illness and they saw us the next day and follow up appointment/ treatment and thankfully our dog is healthy again. Can't thank them enough
