Really friendly staff, don't feel like they are just after money. Also not pushy which was brilliant. Coaxed my two cats with catnip and dreamies, and really helped put them at ease.
Really disappointed. Always seem to get the worst customer service. Today I go to collect my dog which I said would be between 5-6 and they made me wait almost an hour with my newborn baby who was getting unsettled On a scorching hot day. If there was air con in the building you couldn’t tell. That’s why I asked if I could sit in my car that had good air con so I could feed my baby. The vet had explained everything over the phone so to keep me waiting like they did not make any sense.when other staff members could of discharged my dog. They kept telling me the vet wants to go through it again with you. I asked several times if we could leave and they said for me to wait! I had to wait to see the vet then the vet would not come out and even speak to me. So why insist I stay to stay and speak to her? The vet did not offer a while you wait appt to me and said they needed to monitor my dog all afternoon for glucose levels. So it’s not about the fact it wasn’t convenient for me it wasn’t an option!! Shocking service as long as they have your money they was quick to take that! Never met any other vets quite like it. I just felt that with me having an unsettled baby a bit of understanding would of gone a long way.
Henley House have treated our dogs, cats, and parrots for many, many years and we have always received the absolute best service from them

Have experienced very rude attitudes over the phone and in person multiple times. My first appointment was cancelled 45 minutes before due to them booking for my puppy’s second vaccinations too early, yet I had already checked this multiple times with them. Within a few weeks my puppy had a cherry eye, was spoken down to over the phone and made to feel very anxious about the process to the point my mum took my puppy as I didn’t want to go in the cherry eye went away with massages and a warm compress, not the £60 drops they prescribed!. Had an appointment for a weight check, where I wasn’t taken into a room for an appointment, I was only spoken to in the waiting room, expected to weight him myself and then no further advise was given on his weight progression - as well as a very rude attitude from the lady observing me. I had no concern for his weight previously and was made to feel he was over weight, which he wasn’t and never has been. To be advise a review and to not even have him check by a professional? Waste of time. Would not recommend.
Very caring towards your animals and keep you informed about all aspects of treatment
Needed an emergency appointment and my cat was seen by the vet in a couple of hours. Great service, great people, expected prices. Covid precautions are still in place and required to wait outside the buildings until the team are ready.

Had a phonecall today to say that my missing cat had been taken in to Henley House by a good Samaritan. Rushed over to collect him. Such a kind vet stayed after hours to let me collect him. So lovely. Many thanks
Tricky one this. Sadly my dog had fleas. Spoke to the dog groomer who said these pills, about £20 should do the trick but need to be prescribed. So booked a appointment, was whisked in and out not told clearly about treatment and charged £77 Didn't have the money so was told 7 days. Then the emails started saying payment was due instantly. I phoned up and was told I had got someone in trouble and needed to pay right away. Found the whole process a bit of an ordeal. Paid next day and didn't even get a receipt or message that it was paid. So basically they hustled me for more money than was expected and then harassed me for a mistake they made. I shall be taking my dog elsewhere from now on.
