Very caring staff, who obviously love animals  and know how to treat their owners sensitively.

We should of been informed of the costs of treatment before it was given by the vet. All treatments were given on the basis of "just in case" so costs of £81 may not even of been required, which is a high cost to pay when not definitely needed. Going forward it would be helpful to tell clients of costs prior to treatments being given, and whether the treatments are definitely needed.

Since leaving the Ark Vets have had only the best of s service from Heath Vets, would greatly recommend them.
