Thank you so much to all the staff working last week who saved my boy. Unfortunately he got hold of human medications and was very poorly. Staff were exceptional, took him at short notice from Pakefield Practice for overnight and continuing care. He is now back to being himself and we are eternally grateful. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and calming, from receptionists, nurses and vets, I felt reassured he was in the best possible place to be looked after. Also dare I say it...the bill wasn't as bad as expected. Thanks again! Would 100% recommend this practice to others.

Absolutely disgusted with this vets work ethic, they put down my mums dog too early whilst the dog still had some quality of life left, she only had skin issues! Money does awful things to ones soul. Rest in peace pup. Taken away too soon.

I just want to say Thank you so so much. We brought our puppy in last week after rescuing him the day before. We suspected he was underage and he was.nThe team were fantastic in giving us all the information we needed giving him a check over and medication needed. We had to return today due to serious itching and again they was fantastic and made sure we had everything we need to help him get better.nThank you so much.

If you want to get hold of someone do NOT join this practice.  Consistently waiting over 30 minutes on hold for anyone on reception to answer.  Whilst I understand that they may be incredibly busy, managements lack of appropriate staffing levels to accommodate this should not be the customers issue!

My dog was attacked and bitten by another dog earlier in the week. Called up the practice and they offered advice to keep the wound clean and send over some photos saying they would get back to us. 3 days later and we still have not heard back and my dog has an infected bite. Called again today and they said send some more photos over, her words were the phone is right next to me I'll get the nurse to have a look. My husband sent the pictures over whilst I was still on the phone. Called a couple of hours later as we hadn't heard anything and the sound was worsening to be told by the receptionist, we don't monitor that phone so if we don't know the photos are coming we won't look at them. They knew the photos were being sent both times. It's now over an hour later and I can still see they've not been looked at on what's app. Tried booking my dog in elsewhere but it's Friday afternoon. The veterinary hospital couldn't give a damn about my dog. Absolutely shocking. If I could have given 0 stars for the service I would have done.
