Story

Welcome to Coastline Veterinary Surgeries. We have been providing veterinary care for over two decades, and can be found across three branches on the beautiful coast of Suffolk. We are very proud of our team, with a large number of us having worked here for many years. Our longest standing staff member started with us back in 1993. We pride ourselves on our commitment to veterinary care and motivation to offer both compassionate and professional care. Whether your pet is unwell or healthy, we strive to create a welcoming environment to all.

We have been with Coastline Vets Carlton Colville since 2020, and today was our best experience yet. From the moment we spoke to the polite receptionist to the wonderful care from vet L. Sawyer, everything was exceptional. We called in this morning and, within 20 minutes, we were at our appointment.nnThe veterinarians here have consistently shown the utmost care for our rescue cat over the past 4-5 years, handling emergencies, surgeries, X-rays, and infections with great patience and professionalism. Their assistance in the past with insurance has also been invaluable. They are always so lovely, and we truly trust them with our cat’s well-being.nnThank you so much!
Highly recommend vet, took our dog Pippa in for an emergency and the vet swiftly arranged a surgery that saved her! We are very grateful to have our best friend back home safe and sound now. All staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Would use again.
We called about my Dachshund hurting his shoulder. We are not local to the area anymore and we’re visiting family for the festive period whilst here my boy hurt his shoulder. I called and spoke to an amazing receptionist who was extremely kind and understanding. She got me an appointment the same day and when we got there both ladies in reception were lovely and kind and the vet himself was amazing.nI would recommend this surgery to anyone.
I have used coastline since moving to Suffolk in 2017. By far the best vets you could ask for. I now live in London but know my cats are in very good care at this vets whilst they live with my parents. I lost my cat a while back and nothing was too much trouble for the vets and all the staff. Helpful with his care and showed great compassion. Highly recommend this vets. We have an upcoming move back to Suffolk so I’ll be bringing my 2 cats from London to this practice as I’ll now not go anywhere else.nThank you for all you do at coastline Carlton colville.
My doggie had an accident couple of weeks ago and my usual vet couldn’t see her even though she was in a lot of pain so I called Coastline and she was taken in… I have nothing but admiration for Coastline, she was treated with so much care and has now made a full recovery, I highly recommend this place bless the vet x
