Caring staff from the reception team, nurses and vets. Veterinary surgeon Elliot cared for our dog Winnie over the years and was always kind, professional and had a lovely manner with her. For a small practice they do a great job and an asset to pet care in the area.
Have taken our pets her for several years.Started going when our dog Rufus was treated towards the end of his life.Now take our 3 cats Bella,Socks and Tigs.Always been treated with kindness and high standards.
Really impressed by Fromus Vets in Saxmundham. During our holiday in Southwold, our 14-month old Working Cocker Spaniel decided it would be an awesome idea to eat a pair of socks. A slightly panicked call and within 40 minutes Penny was being checked out and treated accordingly with 3 socks emerging. Throughout, the staff were superb, particularly Sue for taking our call and the brilliant Veterinary Nurse who explained the treatment and looked after Penny. Thanks to the team, you have a wonderful practice.
Would never take any pet here told my cat wasn't priority.nIf I could give 0 stars I would avoid this place if you don't want to be ripped of.nFriends had similar visit won't be taking any pet near this place
Lovely team, Imogen was friendly and knowledgeable, reception staff lovely and lively.nWould happily use again for my scared of the vets dog . Thanks team!
