 Best vape shop around by far, their liquids are always spot on, they're always so knowledgeable and even though we pop in a lot of time right before closing they always make time for a chat and don't rush us out. Because of the current staff and given knowledge, I have given up smoking completely.

Went in today as vape has stopped charging. Only bought it in June. Awful customer service. Basically accused us of dropping it. Or over charging it. Despite buying two at the same time and the other one is still working. Rude, unhelpful and no offer of any kind of gesture of goodwill. Time to start using a different shop. It’s a shame as the other young lad that works there is very helpful but the boy today had no customer service awareness at all. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This shop is spot on!  Josh the manager has knowledge about vaping coming out of his ears!!! And is more that happy to help with anything you need.  Juice selection is big and strong with some of the best brands neat and tidy shop comfy sofa.   Banging!!!!!

Fantastic store, best in town. Warm and friendly expert service. Josh knows everything you need to know about his trade and he’s so helpful. Always a great choice of Vape’s and e-cigs, and even better huge choice of liquids. Great value for money, Covid safe and secure. Immaculate and clean shop, unlike other stores in Burgess Hill London road. Super friendly welcome every time you go in there, unlike other store in BH already mentioned. The only place I will shop for vapes and liquids. Really professional and very friendly.
