Decent once you do get seen, but feeble phone service, At 11am - after multiple attempts at getting through - they still had the answer machine on telling you to ring after 10:30am. Shoddy.

Very accommodating reception staff. Gps.? You'll be assigned to a particular Gp. You don't get to choose and you won't be able to change Gp even if you ask politely. That's the drawback.

Excellent service. Friendly receptionist and doctors. I would highly recommend. They quickly helped me register and see a doctor after a small rib/muscle injury.

Rang on a Monday morning for an urgent non booked appointment as I was worried about breast pain which I'd had on holiday. Got fitted in that morning. Was referred to the Whittington Breast Clinic after a check up from the GP and had the check-up at the hospital within a week. How's that for the NHS working at its best? Thank you.

I haven't been registered here long but in stark contrast to my previous practice I have found the administrators to be very helpful and available. It's easy to get a phone appointment with the duty doctor and prescription requests have been handled promptly.
