Lack of empathy, they're rushing you out the door before you even get in and I find they label symptoms rather than investigating. I was misdiagnosed with a UTI seven times, Over prescribed antibiotics only to find I had no UTI it's my kidneys. This is one of many mishaps. Finally found one great doctor in the practice only to find she was leaving in a few week! Overall very dissatisfied!

Queenswood Medical Practice offer an amazing service. My Doctor here (Dr Prentice) is the best I have ever had. The range of services they offer, combined with the flexibility of phone appointments are second to none. The receptionist are really nice and friendly too.

Not a patient here, but have been to educational training here and it provides good facilities for health professionals. The cafe downstairs is quite nice. Parking is free, but at times I have been here not so easy to find.

Hard to get an appointment and when you do, hard to get a diagnosis.... it feels like its in the business in making people take appointment slots, which is likely why its impossible to get one. Do they get paid by the number of people they see? And remember, they see you for 10 mins only and you can only talk about 1 thing....... v sad.
