Dr Ansari is the worst GP I have witnessed in my life very rude and on another planet I have diabetes and was diagnosed there and went to get my prescription and asked what type I am???? Just shows also my wife is overweight and was verbally abused on a few occasions from this pathetic excuse of a GP the NHS need to seriously get rid of this GP very rude unprofessional and doesn't listen! Glad I left that crappy place Devanagar

I think the staff that manage the office have forgotten that they are meant to be providing a service to paying customers. Sure we don't pay directly, but we do pay taxes and national insurance to fund the NHS which funds the surgery. They are not very friendly when answering the phone, and I've found that any time I've needed a specialist referral booking it's taken a follow up call or two. Even arranging repeat prescriptions is a hassle. I've been told over the phone "You'll need to call back in an hour so we can take your renewal request". When questioned I was told that they can only take requests out of surgery hours. I can understand writing prescription repeats needs to be out of surgery hours, but taking requests? All in all, not a welcoming environment, and I'm certainly not encouraged or comfortable when I need to visit.

Try to go somewhere else if u have a choice. I was shocked when I first went there to register. The doctor asked me a few questions and when it comes to my sexuality (I m a gay man), she suggested me to try with girls cause I could have a "normal" life. Shocking I know. Once I have a blood and urine test and after a few weeks I was waiting for the results, which were not arriving in my mailbox, I ve called in the first time and the receptionist told me to call back in a hour time.After I called back and she told me I was fine and if I wanted the copy if my results I had to go to the surgery, pick the sheet and photocopy by myself and bring the original copy back. I was shocked, very poor service.
