Really great medical centre/GP. Had an appointment and was registered within the week! A lot faster and more efficient than the medical centre down the road, which was very unhelpful and wouldn't give me an emergency prescription. I've had two appointments at Andover medical centre so far haven't had to wait longer than ten minutes and everyone I've seen is really friendly, helpful and knowledgable in their profession. Highly recommended if you're looking to transfer or register.

I've only had very good experiences at the Andover practice. Dr Varma was particularly brilliant, very caring and kind. They do a good call-back service where you can speak to a GP to see if they would advise coming in and do an evening clinic for commuters.

An joke this place is. Stayed on the phone in 1st place for 20mins to check on an appointment about two weeks ago. Lady picked up and was rude and sounded like she didn't want to be on the phone, then to tell me that the next appointment was TWO WEEKS AWAY!!! Phone service is horrible, most of the times they don't answer. PLAIN HORRIBLE!!! I will be finding myself another GP pretty soon.

Worst service ever. They write on the system the wrong date and blame you later. I had to ask at work for time off and then they said they could not see me.

Well what can I say it was my husbands first time on visiting this practice. The staff where lovely very friendly. But Dr Sabina Ilyas was rude condescending and was dismissive. When you've been told by 5 doctors at a hospital to go to your gp to be referred to a specialist and then this doctor makes out that all 5 don't know what there talking about obviously she has studied at a higher level and knows better. She actually had to stop herself from being so rude to my husband. She then tried to back track. Maybe because she turned up late and was running late it put her in a bad mood bit if you don't like your job caring for people I suggest you change it.
