I love the quirky decor and the staff were friendly, but it was so so slow with over an hours' wait for lunch (just a sandwich). Was quite late for lunch too but still slow.  I really wanted to like this place but when it finally arrived the food was quite bland and oily.

The best sandwiches of all time and the most friendly service. I tried to recreate the aubergine sandwich at home once but I failed terribly  which left me a bit sad. After weeks away the thing I missed the most about eating in Cambridge. Please stay exactly as you are and don't change a thing. Signed a once bread hater now lover of sandwiches.
