Nice inside and great location. Friendly bar staff. Struggling for consistency it seems. I came here a few times over a number of weeks and the one time we ordered food it took over an hour to come, and ended up being cheap frozen food deep fried. The following visit they weren't accepting cards, had no cider on tap and no pork scratchings. A real shame.

Update: SHAME ABOUT THE FLIES!!!
A cosy pub with historic decor and real fire on occasion.  Good food with small plates.  A proper local.

Great pub.  Irregular bar staff  ie a different pub on different days.   I am sure will get better.

Over an hour wait for food and not told when ordering. Quality of food wasn’t great for the price aswell. Mac and cheese was shockingly tiny and a bit rubbish. Definitely will not be going back any time soon!!

A shadow of it's former self. Bad music. Car park and front door not swept  for three months. Dirty wet bar. No ale due to no gas. Sad once was the best pub in Marlow.
