Went there with family. Good food at a reasonable price. Staff were brilliant, couldn't have asked for more.

I recently visited this shop during my lunch break at work. It's a decent shop with genuine customer service which is hard to find these days. A few things to note. 1) SHOP SIZE: The shop size is small and can feels clustered if a few people is sitting close to you. 2) CUSTOMER SERVICE: Extremely professional, genuine and very welcoming. I enjoyed my visit and this was mainly down the customer service revieved. 3) KNOWLEDGE: Now this is an easy mistake but one that I noted. I ordered a margarita pizza with green papers as a topping but what came out was Jalapeño which was green but I don't think that is considered to be green peppers. This was a first for me. Overall, I did enjoy the visit and I manage to get my food enjoyed my lunch in a very nice and hospitable way.

Always excellent service at this Pizza Express,with very friendly and polite staff. The food is as you would expect for a chain restaurant. The location of this branch, being right in the middle of the high street, is great for mid-shopping eating!

Great service and can't fault. Staff were attentive and friendly, especially to the younger member of our group - even allowing her to enter the preparation area to get a closer look! Food is well priced (especially if you can find a voucher online) and ambiance of the restaurant is spot on, too.

Marlow pizza express did the best crispy pizza of all the ones i have been in. Really impressed. And service was quick efficient and friendly but unobtrusive.
