Fantastic pub. Great food. Lovely staff. Great drinks. 
We had a 3 course meal for £12.50 each. A of bitter shandy and a g&t. Food was piping hot and served by a courteous staff member.  Lovely atmosphere and looks like kids are made to feel very welcome. A fab family pub!

A delightful restaurant/pub where you can enjoy a meal at reasonable prices. Children are welcome. The children can be occupied by 2 parrots and can buy novelties from the ball machine. It is open most days. I had the chilli-con-carnelian, which comes with garlic bread.

Went in here for tea on Saturday night.... The place was not very busy apart from the function room next door were they was a 40th party going on..... Had a really nice meal..... I had liver & onions and my friend had the steak pie which was both very nice and the price was reasonable..... Would recommend this place..... and say hello to Georges the parrot!!!!

Beautiful food and lovely staff ...the Carvery is  extremely good value for money ..miles better than Toby Carvery with a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere !!
