Called in for an early afternoon tea after having a mooch around Heywood....Quite Busy, but served quickly via the App by polite friendly staff, food was good no complaints!
A popular place where you can have a good meal for a low price. I appreciate the large selection of beers and the nice atmosphere of the pub.
Not the greatest spoons I've been in came on a busy Saturday evening lots of families in. Always good value and service chips where very greasy could have done with abit more draining. Some good offers on drinks atm a steady 3 stars for this establishment!
Make sure you stand at he middle of the bar if at all possible or you will get ignored I stood there for 5 mins and every staff member worked inwards serving new patrons. I understand its a busy pub but 3 staff member worked the same place ignoring the end of the bar then a regular appeared and got acknowledged.bit of a piss take I go in daily only for 2 maybe 3 pints but still never seen bar service so ridiculous
Staff friendly and helpful breakfast great value filled a gap with unlimited coffee - was early doors but still ticking over nicely - good range of non alcoholic drinks
