This is my local pub and I keep telling the same story. Every person I talk to makes the same complaint. How difficult is it to take note of who comes to the bar and in which order and serve them accordingly? It is not difficult. How many arguments at the bar are started about who is served first? Come on, it's not rocket science, just pay a little bit of attention instead of laughing and giggling in the back. It's basics, where is the trainING? Come on managers, are you not seeing what is happening? Ask your customers!

Called in when passing through, was completely comfortable here, pub was clean, tidy and appeared well run. Cheap drinks and nice friendly staff. Enjoyed it.

Nice little pub with good service. Had the hotdog which was lovely and the onion rings were fab but wasn’t keen on the chips. They tasted like oven chips which I’m not too crazy about.

Enjoyed a really good meal ..delivered very promptly and food was cooked perfectly and presented piping hot and very good value for money .

Good pub but often very cold at night. Regulars believe heating is turned down deliberately late on to get rid of patrons. Staff tell customers that this is one of the worst pubs in the Wetherspoons chain.This is an insult to the people of Heywood
