Absolutely shocking. Ordered a veggie burger and was told I couldn't have one because they didn't have the correct equipment. I then ordered veggie sausage and mash, the miserable woman behind the Bar said "Not a problem". Then in the next breath she said "oh, actually you can't have that either, we've got no sausages". The only thing she offered me was veg curry. I'm sorry but why should I have to eat a curry when I ordered something else twice. I'm not expecting a reply from this as I've noticed they haven't replied to anything negative. ABSOLUTE JOKERS.

Enjoyed the food very good service from Jenny and Nicki. Nathan the manager is excellent very polite. The staff are wonderful. Will visit again rated 5 out of 5.

This pub has just been refurbished, mainly decor. We ordered and told 40 minutes wait. We waited 55 mins. The food is basic fare so really that wait was unfounded. Plate was hot chips and peas cold and  fish scalding burning mouth. The Gammon was overcooked. At least 8 people came in during our but left without eating or drinking. Used to go there a few times a month but not sure if we go again soon.

We were a group of 19 brummies parents and kids from a boxing club, and we descended on The White Hart wanting to fill our bellies after a long day of sitting around waiting for our boys to fight. Dee was a great help and went above and beyond to help us, she gave us a phone for one of our little ones to watch Netflix to occupy her, and sorted us out with tables and taxis back to our hotel, her organisation skills were excellent, and her customer service was of a high standard. Food was lovely, but it was Dee's service that really made it for us.

The pub looks great, after the refurb.  Took the family for lunch, love the food.  The staff are polite, helpful and happy.  Will be back again soon.
