Story

Electrik is an independent cafébar nestled in suburban Chorlton offering high quality food, drink & service in intimate and down to earth surroundings.

We have an impressive selection of beers and ales from across the globe on draught, cask and in bottles & cans.

There is an extensive wine list, a perfectly formed spirit selection, plus an ever changing cocktail menu including the classics and our very own made to order alchemy.

Coffee is specially roasted for us and we serve various blends of tea which can be enjoyed with our lovingly homemade cakes.

Food is served throughout the week with specially prepared daily specials...on Saturday we serve brunch & lunch from 10am and then on Sunday's it's the amazing Electrik roast!!

When the sun is up you can enjoy our secluded secret garden to the rear or watch the world go by on our terrace out the front.

Kids are always welcome and we have a specially prepared kids food menu, baby changing facilities & high chairs.

We are also pleased to be a dog friendly venue both day & night!

27/06/23: been here a few times over the years, but seem to have not left a review. Great selection on craft ale, although we did have a poor pint, as it was off. Took it back, tasted, agreed and replenished with a different one. Great service. Dog friendly!Service: 4/5
Fantastic Parmo's of various kinds, good value and filling. They always have a Deya on which is one of my favourite of the craft breweries, on this visit they had 2 from Deya. But there is a wide choice of drinks and cocktails. My new favourite Chorlton drinking place.Food: 5/5
Terrible roast. Meat was really tough and gravy seemed shop bought. Pretty tasteless. Also my beer was flatFood: 1/5
I usually avoid elektrik because it's so loud, but the volume was good tonight. I could actually speak to my friends without shouting, which kind of fits the dark atmosphere of the bar better in my opinion.Food: 4/5
We came for the happy hour £5 cocktails until 7.30 and Quingo Tues from 7.30ish - quiz and bingo. Great place, cool vibe, great spressy marts. Bar service is really quick. The quiz itself is really accessible and fun with loads of opportunities for prizes!Service: 5/5
I’m a very happy customer. I did unfortunately miss happy hour for the Guinness which I have been assured is not a thing, but I felt that it must have been, however the staff corrected me politely and were incredibly friendly. I must say that since I originally considered leaving this review - due to the high quality level of service - I have frequented several times - and each of the staff members is more personable than I could have ever have been led to believe and the Sunday night Dj set was - how they say - popping off. The DJ shared the name of the record he was playing, which you wouldn’t get at a northern soul do. All a white label affair at those do’s. I must salute the tattooed woman whom I believe may have been pregnant from my psychic intuition. She was incredibly helpful and pointed me to a happy hour beer that she thought I may enjoy. I must attest, I did! She was a frightfully engaging conversationalist, but she wasn’t afraid to apologise to me when she had to serve her valued customers. Thanks for the memories.
Always been a great bar since it opened. Good beers and great atmosphere. Sunday lunches, especially the sharing plates are immense. The current pizza pop-up menu is also awesome.
