Been here for special occasion lunches many times, and never been disappointed ! The standard of cooking on both your "run of the mill roasts" and on the more individual dishes is always high, and the beer is kept well too! Great restaurant and great pub. All very enjoyable.

Visited this beautiful Inn for the very first time today, for a meal and a drink. Received a very warm welcome on arrival. We were shown to our table and service thereafter impeccable. The food was absolutely beautiful and full of flavour. I can wholeheartedly recommend The Talbot Inn with 100% . 10/10 for me!

This place is fantastic.  Really nice atmosphere in the bar & very good service /food in the restaurant.  Lovely old pub in a fab little village.

Great spot for a Sunday lunch.  Have been a couple of times in the last month.  Booking is essential.   Good quality food and roast dinner one of the best around and very nearly on par with my home cooked lunch.   Beef tender with generous thick slices and good veg.
